Terms and Conditions

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accepting the commercial offer or agreement and using the Recrutio platform (the "Platform"), the customer company and invited users confirm that they have read and accepted these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service description
The Platform helps in-house recruitment teams evaluate high candidate volumes, track processes and provide management reports. It includes AI-assisted evaluation and video interviews with questions generated from the conversation. Recrutio does not source candidates, act as an agency or make hiring decisions.
3. User accounts
- A company account is created after a discussion and acceptance of the offer or agreement; there is no standalone public signup.
- The company administrator invites users and manages access within the seats included in the license.
- Each user is responsible for accurate information and for keeping access credentials secure.
4. User content
The company retains rights over its job descriptions, internal notes and reports. Candidate data and documents are processed by Recrutio only to provide the service to the recruiting company, under its instructions and the applicable contractual obligations.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Publishing false, misleading, discriminatory, illegal or offensive content.
- Using bots, scraping or unauthorized data access.
- Uploading or using candidate data without an appropriate lawful basis.
6. AI usage
The Platform uses AI for CV analysis, job-description preparation, video-interview questions and reports. Results support analysis; recruiters verify the information and remain fully responsible for decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific outcomes (hiring, number of applications, candidate quality). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
8. Suspension and termination
A license may be monthly or annual, with the volumes and limits stated in the active commercial offer. Licenses may be combined at the same rate. Implementation is quoted separately. eJobs and LinkedIn Recruiter licenses, recruitment services and historical-data migration are not included. Suspension and termination follow the commercial agreement.
9. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is shown on this page with the last updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania.
