Gets the link and knows who they are talking to
At the start of the interview, candidates are told they are speaking with an AI assistant, how long it takes and what is expected. No surprises and no appointments to schedule.
Video interview
Candidates receive a link and record their answers at a time that suits them. The AI starts from the role requirements and what the candidate said, then asks follow-up questions on the same topic. The recruiter receives the recording, transcript and content analysis.
For candidates
The same journey for every candidate invited for a role, with no scheduling and no waiting for a shared calendar.

02
Candidates record from a phone or laptop within the time window they were given. No recruiter needs to be present, and no interview is lost to a blocked calendar.
03
The AI starts from the role requirements and the CV. When a candidate raises a relevant topic, it follows up on that topic, so the answers are specific rather than generic.
For recruiters
Once the candidate finishes, you have the recording, transcript and an analysis of the answers: what they covered, what they missed and how the answers relate to the job requirements. You read the conclusions and watch the recording only for the answers that matter.
This makes it possible to assess technical roles too, where the recruiter is not a specialist: the questions carry the weight of a real interview, and answers are comparable across candidates.

Sample questions
Each role gets its own questions, generated from the role requirements and the candidate's CV. Below are three examples, one for each type of role.
Question 1 · Technical role
“Tell us about an integration between two systems handling large data volumes. What broke, how did you find out and what did you change afterwards?”
Question 2 · Sales
“What was the toughest negotiation you led in the past year? What exactly did you do when the client hesitated?”
Question 3 · Finance
“How do you check a financial statement before reporting it, and what do you do when you find a discrepancy with the previous month?”
Fictional example. Real questions are generated from the role requirements and the candidate's answers. Read more in our article how Recrutio generates interview questions (in Romanian).
Transparency
Nothing is hidden. Candidates learn from the start that they are talking to an AI assistant, and a recruiter reviews the recording and analysis before any decision. Nothing moves a candidate forward or removes them automatically.
The analysis covers only the content of the answers, measured against the role requirements. Appearance, expressions, gestures and emotions are not assessed, and the score never uses age, gender, photo or marital status.
We do not analyse expressions, gestures or emotions.
We do not make hiring or rejection decisions automatically.
